This is an excellent opportunity for an ND who is already providing IV therapy, or who wants to grow this part of their practice, without taking on the expense and operational demands of running their own IV facility.

The position is structured as an independent contractor, percentage-based split, with the clinic providing the facilities, supplies, administrative support and clinical infrastructure needed to practise.

We are looking for an ND to join us 2 to 3 weekdays per week, with the opportunity to build and grow their practice within DeerFields.

You are welcome to bring your existing patient base, while also having the opportunity to work with DeerFields' established patient population and receive appropriate internal referrals.

There are no evening or Saturday requirements.

One of the biggest advantages of this opportunity is that the clinical and operational infrastructure is already in place.

Your percentage split includes:

• Fully equipped IV treatment rooms and infusion chairs
• IV supplies and inventory
• Sterile preparation area
• Emergency equipment and established clinical protocols
• Clinical assistants for IV starts, treatment support and monitoring
• Dedicated ND and IV support
• Full-time reception and administrative staff
• Appointment booking and scheduling
• Billing and payment collection
• EMR
• Patient intake and administrative support
• Laboratory and testing access
• Marketing support
• Opportunities for physician collaboration within an integrative clinic environment
• An established DeerFields patient base

The goal is simple: you focus on your patients and building your practice, while our team supports the infrastructure around you.

This position may be particularly well suited to an ND in the GTA who already has an established naturopathic practice but is looking for additional IV space, professional clinical support, or access to a fully equipped IV facility without the overhead of setting up their own.

Applicants must:

• Be a registered naturopathic doctor in good standing with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario
• Be authorized to provide Intravenous Infusion Therapy (IVIT) in Ontario
• Maintain appropriate professional liability insurance
• Hold current CPR/BLS certification
• Have IV therapy experience
