Linden Health and Wellness is a shared clinic space designed for independent practitioners seeking flexibility, community, and collaboration.

Our clinic has two potential treatment rooms for rent, with a wide variety of hours. The clinic is located within a professional building, just north of Barrie's downtown waterfront. The building has 24/7 secured access for practitioners and patients, it features a cafe, gym, and pharmacy as well. It has free and designated clinic parking available.

Treatment room A is fully furnished as a naturopathic aesthetics and consulting room, and Treatment room B is semi-furnished with treatment table, desk, chairs and storage, but can be customized to your needs if renting full-time. Split arrangements can be arranged as well.

Our practice allows practitioners to run their own practices while sharing a warm, professional clinic environment. Treatment rooms can be rented part-time, full time, or blocked for particular hours in a more flexible model if desired.
