We are expanding our team and looking for a passionate, community-minded naturopathic doctor (ND) to step into a busy, supportive environment with an immediate internal referral stream.

We handle the business overhead so you can focus entirely on patient care. Your associate package includes:

• Turnkey Practice Infrastructure: A large, bright, fully private treatment room tailored to your practice needs.
• Full Administrative Support: Our experienced front-desk team manages all phone calls, patient inquiries, scheduling, direct insurance billing, and rebooking.
• Premium Software: Full access to Jane App for seamless charting, scheduling, and tele-health
• Modern Hybrid Dispensary: In-house stock managed by the clinic for immediate in-office consumables (IV materials/injections), seamlessly integrated with a digital dispensary for patient maintenance prescriptions.
• Built-In Referral Network: Collaborate and receive immediate cross-referrals from our established team of physiotherapists, osteopathic practitioners, and RMTs
• Tailored Financial Split: A competitive, sliding scale percentage-based compensation split (ranging from 60% up to 70% in your favour), structured to award your experience, performance, or existing local caseload.

Our ideal candidate is a collaborative practitioner eager to build long-term roots in Kelowna. Responsibilities include:

• Providing high-quality, evidence-based naturopathic care to a diverse patient demographic.
• Actively collaborating with our internal team to provide comprehensive, holistic patient care plans.
• Maintaining accurate, professional electronic charting via Jane App.

Qualifications & Requirements

• In good standing with the College of Complementary Health Professionals of BC (CCHPBC).
• Valid malpractice insurance.
• Prescriptive Authority Certification (strongly preferred or willing to obtain).
• Intravenous (IV) Therapy Certification (an asset for our local patient demographic).
