Your Role
As a naturopathic doctor at Sanctuary Massage and Osteopath, you will play a key role in helping patients uncover the underlying factors affecting their health and guiding them toward sustainable wellness. You will provide comprehensive assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient care.
You are passionate about empowering patients through education, lifestyle counselling, and evidence-informed naturopathic therapies. You understand that meaningful health outcomes are achieved through consistency, accountability, and strong practitioner-patient relationships.
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive initial assessments, including detailed health histories, lifestyle evaluations, and relevant physical examinations
  • Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's health goals and unique circumstances
  • Address the root causes of health concerns using evidence-informed naturopathic approaches
  • Provide guidance on nutrition, exercise, sleep, stress management, and other lifestyle factors that influence health
  • Recommend appropriate natural therapies, supplements, and therapeutic interventions within your scope of practice
  • Review laboratory and diagnostic testing and incorporate findings into treatment planning
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
  • Collaborate with massage therapists, osteopathic practitioners, acupuncturists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Educate and empower patients to take an active role in their health journey
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and professional clinical documentation
  • Participate in clinic growth initiatives and internal referral programs
