NeurAlive Counselling & Neurofeedback is expanding, and we are excited to introduce Naturopathic Medicine as a new service within our growing multidisciplinary mental health practice.

We are seeking one or two naturopathic doctors to join our team on a contract basis, working approximately 2–3 in-person shifts per week from our Victoria and/or Langford clinics.

This is a unique opportunity to help shape and grow a new service while collaborating with an established team of counsellors and neurofeedback practitioners dedicated to supporting mental health, cognitive performance, and overall wellbeing.

NeurAlive is a multidisciplinary mental health practice providing counselling and neurofeedback services through our Victoria and Langford clinics.

Our mission is to provide compassionate, evidence-informed care that helps people improve their mental health, emotional wellbeing, resilience, and cognitive functioning. We believe that mental health is influenced by the whole person, and we are expanding our services to include naturopathic medicine as part of our commitment to holistic mental health care.

We are particularly interested in practitioners who are passionate about supporting concerns such as:

• Anxiety and stress
• Depression and mood concerns
• Insomnia and sleep difficulties
• ADHD and attention concerns
• Fatigue and burnout
• Concussions and acquired brain injuries
• Cognitive performance and brain health
• Overall mental wellness and resilience

This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with counsellors and neurofeedback practitioners in an integrated care environment.

NeurAlive currently has a team of more than 20 counsellors and serves hundreds of clients across our Victoria and Langford locations. With our established reputation, strong online presence, professional marketing systems, and existing referral network, we anticipate significant referral opportunities for the right practitioner.

Because naturopathic medicine would be a new service at NeurAlive, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to help define and grow this offering from the ground up. We believe the successful candidate has the potential to develop a thriving caseload within approximately six months.

Practitioners may work from either our Victoria or Langford clinic, or split their time between both locations.

Qualifications

• Licensed or eligible to practice as a naturopathic doctor in British Columbia
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
• Commitment to professional and ethical practice

Experience supporting clients with mental health concerns, insomnia, ADHD, concussion recovery, acquired brain injuries, or cognitive health concerns is considered a strong asset.
