Live Alive Health & Wellness is looking for a motivated naturopathic doctor to join and potentially help lead a focused, growing naturopathic medical clinic in North Vancouver.

This is an opportunity for the right practitioner to step into a clinic that is intentionally centred on naturopathic medicine, functional medicine, IV therapy, iron infusions, skin/aesthetics, and deeper patient-centred healing. Live Alive is not a large, generalized integrative clinic with many competing disciplines. It is a highly focused, boutique naturopathic clinic serving the North Vancouver community with a clear clinical identity and room for meaningful growth.

We are looking for a practitioner who is excited to build within an established clinic environment while also expanding their own patient base through Live Alive.

The clinic currently offers and/or supports services in:

• Naturopathic medicine
• Functional medicine
• Gut health and hormone health
• IV vitamin and mineral therapy
• IV iron infusions
• Injection therapies
• Microneedling and aesthetics
• Skin health and regenerative treatments
• Lab testing and individualized treatment planning
• Patient education and long-term wellness care

This position may be a good fit for a naturopathic doctor who wants more than simply renting a room. There is room for the right person to become involved in treatment flow, clinic systems, patient experience, service development, and eventually clinic management. For the right candidate, there may also be a future opportunity to discuss part ownership or a larger leadership role within the business.

We are open to either part-time or full-time availability, but we are looking for someone who is genuinely present and available on the days they are in clinic. Because the clinic receives same-day inquiries and treatment-based bookings, the ideal practitioner would not only come in for pre-booked patient visits, but would be available during their scheduled clinic days for patient care, IVs, procedures, treatment planning, learning, and clinic development.

When not seeing patients, the practitioner would be expected to use clinic time productively by studying protocols, improving treatment flow, reviewing clinical materials, supporting patient systems, and continuing to grow their knowledge in the services offered at Live Alive.

The ideal candidate is:

• A licensed or soon-to-be licensed naturopathic doctor in B.C.
• Clinically curious and motivated to keep learning
• Interested in functional medicine and root-cause care
• Comfortable with or willing to train in IV therapy and injection-based services
• Interested in aesthetics, skin health, or regenerative treatments
• Professional, grounded, and patient-centred
• Reliable and available during scheduled clinic hours
• Open to building a long-term role within the clinic
• Interested in business growth, leadership, and possibly future ownership

Compensation is percentage-based and highly favourable for the right candidate. We are flexible in structuring the role depending on experience, availability, training, and level of responsibility.
