I’m looking for 1 or 2 Naturopathic Doctors who want the opportunity to grow within an established clinic and potentially take on a larger long-term role.

My practice is already fully set up and operating. The clinic has 2.5 treatment rooms, with space to see patients and perform IV therapy, and everything needed to start working right away is already in place. The systems, workflow, treatment space, and infrastructure are there — it really just needs the right person to step in and show up.

This is a great fit for an ND who wants to build within an existing practice rather than start from scratch. There is room to learn the services I offer, work within an established model, and grow into a very strong income.

As I expect to be taking more time away from work for health reasons, and may eventually spend more time outside the country, I’m looking for someone who can become a consistent and reliable presence in the clinic.

No prior experience is needed, but i am looking for a quick learner, someone who shows up and is keen. Eventually ideal to have prescriptive authority, neuromodulator training, IV therapy training etc.

A full-time ND in this setting can realistically generate approximately $250,000–$275,000 in gross annual revenue or more, this is the businesses second year and I was able to achieve these numbers, which can support earnings in the range of $130,000–$175,000 per year, especially now that the costs of the business have stabilized, net profits will depend on % split structure, schedule, and production.

I’m open to speaking with doctors who are looking for either a strong associate opportunity or a longer-term role with more responsibility over time.
