Serene Naturopathic Doctors and Doulas is expanding and looking for a passionate, patient-focused naturopathic doctor to join our growing health-care team. Serene Naturopathic Doctors and Doulas is an integrative healthcare clinic focused on providing personalized care across all stages of life. Our model combines naturopathic medicine with doula support to provide comprehensive care for patients seeking holistic health solutions. Serene Clinic is a unique practice that combines naturopathic medicine with doula services, supporting patients through fertility, pregnancy, postpartum care, and overall wellness.

This role is designed for clinicians who want the flexibility of virtual care while being part of a collaborative and supportive clinic environment. Our clinic focuses on patient-centered medicine, with a strong emphasis on hormonal health, skin health, digestive health, mental wellness, and women’s health.

This position is primarily virtual, allowing you to work from anywhere. For patients receiving doula services, occasional in-person visits may take place in patients’ homes, hospitals, or the Toronto Birth Centre when clinically appropriate.

Virtual-First Model: Most naturopathic and naturopathic doula consultations are conducted virtually, allowing practitioners to work from home.

Clinical Team: Work alongside experienced naturopathic doctors, doulas, and health-care professionals in an integrative care environment. Comprehensive administrative assistance for our practitioners.

We are seeking naturopathic doctors who are:

• Compassionate and patient-centered
• Passionate about integrative and preventative medicine
• Organized and detail-oriented with charting and patient care
• Comfortable with virtual health-care platforms
• Evidence based practitioners and up to date with research

Serve patients in areas such as:

• Hormonal health
• Fertility and pregnancy support
• Hormone health, women's health
• Prenatal, labour/delivery, postpartum support, lactation support
• Digestive health
• Mental health and stress management
• Autoimmune conditions, skin health
• Preventative medicine

Requirements

• Licensed naturopathic doctor in Ontario (CONO)
• Maintains malpractice insurance
• Comfortable conducting virtual consultations
• Strong communication and patient education skills
• Professional home office setup for virtual care for privacy
• Available to travel for Naturopathic Doula support

Preferred Qualifications

• Prescribing license, comfortable with prescriptions
• Experience in women’s health or fertility
• Additional training in perinatal care, lactation support, craniosacral therapy, hypnotherapy
• Certified birth or postpartum doula
