We are looking for a naturopathic doctor to take over our active and thriving practice in south/ central Calgary. Our family has made the very difficult decision to relocate to Ontario and we are looking for a passionate, evidence-based and collaborative naturopath to take over our wonderful patients in Alberta and join a thriving and fabulous team of healthcare providers.

Action Health and Aurea Medical is located at 7722 Elbow Dr. SW Calgary, Alberta (http://actionhealth.ca, https://aureamedical.ca/). The office is a large multidisciplinary team working closely together to provide holistic, patient-centered healthcare experience. Team members include chiropractors, acupuncturist, massage therapists, psychologist and a large team of medical doctors who focus in weight loss, menopause, migraines and sports medicine/ pain management who are all a great referral network to help keep your practice thriving. Make use 2 rooms when on shift, a consultation room with treatment table and a large shared IV suite to make the most of your time at the office. Rent or split model able to be discussed based on what would help you to feel most supported.

Requirements:

• Naturopathic registration in Alberta and appropriate practice insurance
• IV therapy certified (or plan to become certified soon, this is a big part of the practice and would be important to your success with take over) – with potential for support in IV therapy training from us before we move if you are relatively new to IV therapy
• Mentorship/ joining appointments available starting anytime through to March to maximize the transition for you and for patients if interested
• Lots of opportunity to use prolotherapy as well but this certification is not required as it is a smaller portion of the practice at this time, but with the recent addition of the pain management MD to the office we do foresee it growing if this is something you are interested in offering

• Fully staffed front desk who complete all booking, payments, direct billing, rebooking, etc. to save you time and energy
• If you are an experienced naturopath with an existing case load and looking to join the team and space, we are happy to talk about a more appropriate split or rent model based on the patient load you would be bringing to the office
