NATURA Integrative Care Clinic is a new clinic opening Jan 2026 in Steinbach, Manitoba as an expansion of Dr. Erin Esau ND's current practice in Steinbach. We are looking for one ND to join the team.

This is an amazing opportunity for a new grad because Dr. Esau ND regularly has up to 100 people on her wait list and we would anticipate that a new ND joining the practice would likely be fully booked within 6 months (which is unheard of it often takes about 5 years). Structure of the contract is flexible depending on the needs of the associate.

Job Requirements

Active Naturopathic Medical License in Manitoba (you can contact if you're not get licensed but to do the job we would wait for the license)

IV certification or willingness to obtain it is required to act in a supervisory role for the IV suite. Acupuncture certification is required.

Job Description:

The role of the associate ND is to see patients and facilitate exceptional naturopathic care, supervise and help out as needed in the IV suite. There is an opportunity for mentorship, great income potential, and join a clinic where all your administrative needs are taken care of by fantastic staff.
