Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate naturopath to join our wellness team.  The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient care and a passion for promoting natural healing methods. As a Naturopath, you will be responsible for assessing patient health, developing personalized treatment plans, and providing ongoing support to help patients achieve their wellness goals.  Your expertise is essential in delivering comprehensive care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe, effective, and patient-centered naturopathic care
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and create individualized treatment plans
• Offer education on lifestyle, nutrition, prevention, and wellness strategies
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients
• Maintain accurate and compliant clinical records in accordance with CONO standards
• Contribute to a supportive, professional, and positive clinic environment
• Provide evidence-based natural therapies
• Educate clients on preventative health and sustainable wellness strategies
• Maintain accurate client records, ensuring all charting is completed promptly 
• Offer guidance on home care practices to support treatment plans

Requirements

• Doctor of Naturopathy (ND) degree from an accredited institution
• Valid licence to practice as a Naturopath.
• In good standing with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario (CONO)
• Valid professional liability insurance
• Passionate about holistic, integrative medicine
• Friendly, empathetic, and professional demeanor with strong communication skills
• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making abilities
