Location: Georgian Bay Integrative Medicine, Collingwood, Ontario (In-Person)
Position Type: Part-Time Associate (2–3 days/week to start)

Georgian Bay Integrative Medicine is a leading, evidence-based naturopathic clinic serving the Georgian Bay community and surrounding regions. Our clinic is rooted in holistic, patient-centered care, providing a wide range of services that include IV nutrient therapy, functional testing, nutritional counseling, injection therapies, lifestyle medicine, and pain management.

We are currently expanding our team and seeking a passionate and motivated.

Naturopathic Doctor (ND) with a clinical focus in gut health and women’s health to join our collaborative and growing practice.

This is an excellent opportunity for a part-time ND looking to grow their practice within a supportive, well-established clinic that values clinical excellence, community engagement, and integrative collaboration.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in treating digestive concerns (IBS, SIBO, IBD, GERD, etc.) and hormonal imbalances across the lifespan (menstrual irregularities, perimenopause, menopause, PCOS, fertility support).

Applicants must be in good standing with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario (CONO) and have successfully passed the Ontario Prescribing and Therapeutics Exam.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, evidence-informed naturopathic care to a diverse population,with an emphasis on:
  • Digestive disorders and gut microbiome health
  • Women’s health and hormone balancing
  • Integrative lifestyle and nutritional support
• Develop personalized treatment plans using modalities such as:
  • Botanical medicine
  • Nutraceuticals and prescription therapeutics (with prescribing license)
  • Clinical nutrition and lifestyle counselling
  • Acupuncture or physical medicine (if applicable)
• Order and interpret functional and standard diagnostic testing (DUTCH, GI-MAP, SIBO, bloodwork, etc.)
• Maintain accurate and timely charting using EMR (JaneApp)
• Participate in team collaboration, interdisciplinary care, and optional in-house case rounds
• Contribute to patient education, clinic promotion, and potential workshop delivery

Qualifications

• Licensed naturopathic doctor in good standing with CONO
• Prescribing license (successful completion of Ontario Prescribing and Therapeutics Exam)
• Focused clinical experience or post-graduate training in gut health and/or women’s health
• Strong foundation in functional lab interpretation and treatment planning
• Compassionate, detail-oriented, and highly professional
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Open to mentorship, collaboration, and ongoing learning
• Willingness to participate in local outreach, workshops, and social media
