About Us – One Peace Therapy
One Peace Therapy is a BIPOC holistic wellness clinic based in Toronto that provides integrative mental health and physical care. We believe in treating the whole person–mind, body, and spirit–through collaborative, trauma-informed approaches. As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a naturopathic doctor who shares our passion for holistic healing and client-centred care to join our interdisciplinary team. Presently, we offer psychotherapy, nutrition, and osteopathy to individuals (10+), couples, families, and groups nationwide.

Your Role:
As an Associate Naturopathic Doctor with One Peace Therapy, you will:

Conduct thorough, client-centred assessments and treatment plans.

Offer holistic, evidence-informed naturopathic care to individuals.
-
Collaborate with therapists and health practitioners when appropriate. It will only be you, so you receive ALL our of referrals!

Maintain detailed, confidential records and documentation in accordance with regulatory standards.

Provide education and strategies that support clients' physical and emotional well-being.

Partial self-marketing and collaboration in caseload building.

Maintain accurate and timely patient records.

Educate clients on preventive care and wellness practices.

Participate in team meetings and contribute to a supportive clinic culture.

We are open to offering acupuncture as well!
Qualifications:

Registered and in good standing with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario (CONO) or from a related accredited institution.

Professional liability insurance.
-
VIT certification and acupuncture license (preferred but not required)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience in trauma-informed care is an asset.

Passion for holistic and integrative wellness.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
