Longev Clinic is a thriving, longevity-focused functional medicine practice dedicated to optimizing patient health through individualized care. Co-owned by two passionate NDs, we pride ourselves on fostering a professional, cutting-edge environment where innovative therapies are at the forefront of our patient care. IV therapy is an integral part of our practice, and we are seeking an IV-licensed ND to oversee and run our IV therapy shifts in order to grow this offering at Longev.

Job Description:
We are looking for a licensed naturopathic doctor (ND) with a strong interest in IV therapy to lead and manage our IV therapy shifts. This role is ideal for an ND who believes IV therapy or is looking for a unique opportunity to learn from two experienced IV ND's who have harnessed this modality as a key component to optimizing patient results.

As the IV shift lead, you will:

• Administer IV therapy to patients referred by our ND team.
• Collaborate with referring NDs to tailor IV protocols based on individual patient needs.
• Oversee and organize all aspects of the IV shifts, ensuring a seamless, professional, and efficient experience for patients.
• Educate patients about the benefits of IV therapy and address any questions or concerns.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant IV suite that adheres to clinic policies and professional standards.
• Manage patient flow efficiently while delivering personalized care to every patient.

What We’re Looking For:

• Licensure: Active ND license with IV certification (required).
• Passion: A deep appreciation for IV therapy and its role in enhancing patient outcomes.
• Professionalism: Strong ability to represent Longev Clinic with poise, professionalism, and excellence.
• Organization: Highly organized and detail-oriented to manage IV shifts smoothly.
• Experience: Prior IV therapy experience is preferred but not mandatory—we are happy to provide additional training to the right candidate.
• Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and collaborate effectively with the clinical team.
• Efficiency: Ability to manage time effectively while maintaining high-quality care standards.
