As part of the Insynco team, you will:

• Conduct virtual patient consultations via telemedicine platforms.
• Develop high-quality, personalized treatment plans to ensure holistic patient care.
• Use our EMR system to document patient charts, order labs, and prescribe supplements promptly and accurately.
• Provide feedback and help us innovate as we refine our virtual care protocols.
• Occasionally assist with patient inquiries, lab test requisitions, and supplement orders.

What You’ll Need

• A license to practice as a naturopathic doctor in Ontario (CONO).
• A minimum of one year of clinical experience (new grads with proven strong skills and a go getter attitude are welcome).
• Availability for at least 2 days/week to accommodate virtual appointments.
• Access to high-speed internet, an HD webcam, and a professional, distraction-free workspace.
• A strong entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for patient-centered care.

Nice-to-Haves

• 3+ years of naturopathic experience, including telemedicine.
• Previous sales experience or interest in supporting patient compliance.
