Position Overview: We are looking for two to three licensed naturopathic doctors who will provide services such as acupuncture and naturopathy in Oakville Ontario. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for natural health, a deep-seated belief in the healing power of naturopathic medicine, and a dedication to providing comprehensive patient care. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive patient consultations to delve into health concerns, medical history, and lifestyle, ensuring a holistic understanding of each patient's needs.
- Craft personalized treatment plans that blend naturopathic modalities, including herbal medicine, acupuncture, nutrition, and lifestyle counseling, to support the patient's health and wellbeing.
- Perform thorough clinical assessments and diagnostic lab tests to track and evaluate patient progress, adapting treatment plans as necessary.
- Act as a guide and mentor to patients, providing education and support to empower them in their health journey, fostering a proactive approach to their wellness.
- Engage in collaborative care by working closely with other health-care professionals within the clinic, ensuring a seamless and integrated approach to patient health.
- Dedicate time to ongoing professional development, staying abreast of the latest research, trends, and advancements in the field of naturopathic medicine.
Qualifications:
- A Doctor of Naturopathy (ND) degree from a reputable, accredited naturopathic medical school.
- Current, active licensure with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario (CONO), ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and ethical practices.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with patients.
- A profound commitment to delivering patient-centered care, with a focus on holistic health and prevention.
- Previous experience in a clinical setting is advantageous, though we also welcome new graduates with a strong educational background and a passion for integrative health.
