Seeking naturopathic doctor to take over established patient base

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate naturopath to join our health team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in natural medicine and a passion for promoting wellness through alternative therapies. As a Naturopath, you will work closely with patients to assess their health needs, develop personalized treatment plans, and provide education on lifestyle changes that support overall well-being.
Duties
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health histories and current conditions.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans utilizing natural remedies, dietary recommendations, and lifestyle modifications.
  • Provide patient care through consultations, follow-ups, and ongoing support.
  • Educate patients about the principles of naturopathy and the benefits of natural treatments.
  • Collaborate with other health-care professionals to ensure integrated patient care.
  • Stay current with advancements in naturopathic medicine and relevant medical terminology.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulations.
Qualifications
  • A degree in Naturopathic Medicine from an accredited institution.
  • Must have a valid license to practice as a Naturopathic Physician in Alberta.
  • Registered with the CNDA (College of Naturopathic Doctors of Alberta).
  • Knowledge of medical terminology to effectively communicate with patients and other health-care providers.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients.
  • A commitment to patient-centered care and holistic health practices.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience or interest in offering IV therapy and wellness injections is considered an asset.
