You will have the advantage of receiving in-house referrals and guaranteed clients as you work alongside massage therapists, chiropractors, physiotherapists, acupuncturists, osteopaths, naturopaths, and other practitioners. Full administrative services are also provided as well as opportunity for leadership and career growth. Mentorship programs are also available to you!

We are ideally looking to hire as an employee position, however, we are open to discussing an independent contractor agreement as well.

Responsibilities:

• Receive referrals for naturopathic services from our team of multi-disciplinary professionals for the general population
• Perform services under the scope of naturopathic doctors including but not limited to: IV nutrient therapy, diet, supplements, lifestyle changes
• Work directly with clients in one-on-one sessions to implement naturopathic- led programs with the goal helping the patient to full function and beyond
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of health care professionals using our innovative holistic collaborative care model
• Maintain client records of sessions and plans and prepare documentation required by insurers and third parties payers
• Participate in staff meetings and clinical rounds
• Participate in community events and outreaches

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited naturopathic degree program.
• Experience or education in treating clients in an outpatient setting is considered an asset
• An appreciation for a holistic approach to health care that emphasizes a whole-person perspective to care
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with other health care professionals
• A commitment to ongoing professional development
