Naturopathic Birth Doula (Full-time/Part-time)

About Us:
At Thera Wellness, we are dedicated to providing holistic, nurturing care to women throughout their pregnancy journey, during childbirth, and post-partum. We are expanding our team and looking for compassionate, Naturopathic Doulas who are eager to support families during this life-changing experience. We offer both regular and nighttime support doula positions.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide emotional, physical, and educational support to clients throughout their pregnancy and childbirth journey.
• Assist with birthing plans and advocate for clients’ preferences.
• Offer post-partum support, including lactation guidance, baby care, and postnatal recovery assistance.
• Nighttime doulas will offer specialized overnight support, ensuring new mothers and their families get the rest they need.

Requirements:

• Licensed naturopathic doctor and birth doula course
• Ability to travel across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A nurturing and compassionate demeanor.
• Comfortable providing both emotional and physical support during labor.
• New grads are welcome; training and mentorship are provided.
