This role offers a unique mix of in-person care in our beautiful clinic space and remote appointments on select days, allowing for flexibility while fostering strong community relationships.

About the Role

• Compensation: 60/40 split for the first 6 months, then transition to a rental arrangement.
• Commitment: 2-year term with the option to continue long-term.
• Schedule: Flexible mix of in-person and remote care.
• Start Date: Flexible – we’ll work with the right candidate’s availability.
