Position: Naturopathic Doctor (ND)

About Us:
Vida Wellness Clinic is a thriving, multidisciplinary health practice located in the heart of Waterloo. Our team offers Naturopathic Medicine, Physiotherapy, Pelvic Physiotherapy, Acupuncture, and Reiki — all dedicated to supporting whole-body wellness in a compassionate and collaborative environment.

Our clinic is conveniently located on the first floor, offering easy accessibility for patients with mobility needs. We feature a welcoming waiting area, a mobility-friendly washroom, and a well-stocked dispensary to support our patients.

About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable naturopathic doctor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about natural medicine, committed to patient-centered care, and eager to contribute to a collaborative, holistic practice.

In this role, you will assess patients’ health concerns, design individualized treatment plans, and help guide them toward optimal wellness using natural therapies and lifestyle support.

• Software Access: Use of JaneApp for secure charting, scheduling, billing, and communication.

• Fully Equipped Treatment Room: A furnished office space with treatment table, desk, chair, and all essentials.

• Accessibility & Amenities: First-floor, mobility-friendly clinic with a comfortable waiting area, accessible bathroom, and an on-site dispensary.

• Flexible Scheduling: Availability from Monday through Sunday.

• Competitive Compensation: 70/30 split of client billings (rates and hours negotiable).

• Collaborative Team Environment: Work alongside experienced health-care professionals in a supportive setting.

Qualifications:

• Current registration and in good standing with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario (CONO).

• Valid liability insurance.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
