We’re seeking a motivated recent ND graduate who wants to build their practice within an established medical clinic in Vaughan and/or Toronto. The opportunity includes mentorship, clinical and business guidance, and collaboration with medical doctors.

We have created a collaborative medical and naturopathic model that allows patients to receive coordinated, evidence-informed care within the same clinic. We are now looking for a recent graduate who wants to build a long-term practice in a supportive medical environment.

This opportunity is well suited to someone who values collaboration, communicates clearly and wants guidance while developing their clinical experience and patient base.

The Opportunity

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to:

• Build their naturopathic practice within an established medical clinic

• Receive regular mentorship in clinical care, charting, laboratory test interpretation, case management and practice development

• Work collaboratively with medical doctors and other clinic practitioners

• Support patients with nutrition, metabolic health, digestive concerns, lifestyle change, supplement management and long-term adherence

• Develop additional areas of clinical focus based on their interests and the needs of the clinic

• Learn how to communicate naturopathic assessments and recommendations concisely and effectively within a medical setting

• Access established clinic infrastructure, administrative support and opportunities for interdisciplinary collaboration.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who is:

• A recent CCNM graduate

• Registered, or eligible for registration, with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario

• Committed to evidence-informed, patient-centred care

• Interested in weight management, metabolic health, nutrition and lifestyle medicine

• Comfortable working alongside medical doctors

• Willing to learn, receive feedback and participate in ongoing mentorship

• Thoughtful about medication-supplement interactions, clinical red flags and appropriate medical referral

• A clear and concise communicator

• Professional, dependable and motivated to grow a practice

• Interested in developing a long-term role within the clinic

Practice Structure

This opportunity is designed to quickly develop into a full-time practice as the successful candidate develops their patient base and becomes involved in additional clinic services and programs. The practice structure, schedule, mentorship arrangement, and compensation arrangement will be discussed during the interview process.
