At Better Living Wellness Clinic & Health Store, we provide a holistic approach to health through premium nutritional supplements, evidence-informed wellness solutions, and personalized care. Our clinic and retail space are dedicated to helping clients achieve optimal health naturally, with a strong focus on education, lifestyle support, and high-quality supplementation.

We are looking to expand our team with a passionate and knowledgeable naturopathic doctor who aligns with our philosophy and is excited to grow with us long term.

We are seeking a licensed naturopathic doctor (ND) to join our wellness clinic on an independent contractor basis. This role is ideal for a practitioner who enjoys building individualized wellness protocols and working collaboratively within a supplement-focused wellness environment.

This opportunity currently requires 1–2 days of weekly availability, with strong potential for additional days and growth.

Requirements

• Registered and licensed naturopathic doctor (ND) in good standing with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario
• Valid professional liability insurance (must be obtained upon starting)
• Strong knowledge of nutritional supplementation and holistic wellness approaches
• Excellent communication and patient relationship skills
• Ability to create individualized wellness protocols aligned with our clinic philosophy for patients of all ages and varying health concerns, with a focus on disease prevention, wellness optimization, and ongoing health management
• Ability to recommend and work exclusively with the supplement brands and products carried in our store
• Professional, reliable, and growth-oriented mindset
• Stay current with advancements in naturopathic medicine and incorporate evidence-based practices into patient care
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
• Some virtual consultation availability will be required depending on patient needs

Additional Details

• This is an independent contractor position
• Initial schedule availability: 1–2 days per week, with potential for additional days
• We are seeking someone interested in a long-term opportunity and growing with our clinic
• We provide Jane App for online booking, scheduling, charting, patient management and virtual consultations
• Please note: practitioners in this role will not be permitted to recommend or work with third-party dispensing platforms or services, including Fullscript or similar providers
• Competitive split pay compensation structure
