Naturopathic doctor (ND) – multidisciplinary wellness clinic

Erin Mills Optimum Health is a long-established, multidisciplinary wellness clinic located in the heart of Mississauga. For more than 40 years, we have been committed to helping our patients achieve optimal health through compassionate, evidence-informed care. Our collaborative team includes chiropractors, naturopathic doctors, registered massage therapists, and other health-care professionals who work together to provide exceptional, patient-centered care.
We are currently seeking a Naturopathic Doctor (ND) to join our growing team.
About the Role
As a naturopathic doctor at Erin Mills Optimum Health, you will have the opportunity to build a thriving practice within an established clinic known for its strong community reputation and collaborative approach to health care. You will work alongside experienced practitioners in a supportive environment that values professional growth and integrative patient care.
Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive, patient-centered naturopathic assessments and treatments.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-informed naturopathic therapies, including nutrition, lifestyle counselling, herbal medicine, and other appropriate modalities.
  • Educate and empower patients to achieve their health and wellness goals.
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to provide integrated, coordinated care.
  • Maintain accurate, confidential patient records in accordance with College of Naturopaths of Ontario (CONO) standards.
  • Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with patients and referring practitioners.
Qualifications
  • Doctor of Naturopathy (ND) degree from an accredited naturopathic medical program.
  • Current registration and good standing with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario (CONO).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient education skills.
  • Passion for delivering compassionate, evidence-informed care.
  • Collaborative, professional, and growth-oriented mindset.
