Crafted Balance Clinic is a multidisciplinary, practitioner-led clinic focused on delivering evidence-based, patient-centered care. We support patients through all stages of life, with a strong focus on perimenopause, menopause, fertility, pregnancy, and modern health concerns impacting working professionals.

Our team includes naturopathic doctors, pelvic floor physiotherapists, psychotherapists, acupuncturists, and massage therapists. We are committed to collaborative care, ongoing education, and creating an environment where both patients and practitioners feel supported.

As clinic owners and naturopathic doctors, we are actively working to move the profession forward through evidence-based practice, interdisciplinary collaboration, and modern models of care.

We are looking for a naturopathic doctor who is excited to grow their practice within a collaborative, forward-thinking clinic.

This role is ideal for someone who:

• Is grounded in evidence-based medicine
• Values critical thinking and ongoing learning
• Wants to build and grow a sustainable, long-term practice
• Enjoys working within a multidisciplinary team

We are particularly interested in practitioners with a focus or interest in:

• Skin health (acne, eczema, rosacea)
• Autoimmune conditions
• Men’s health
• Pediatrics

You do not need to specialize in all areas, but having one or more areas of focus is strongly encouraged.

Qualifications

• Licensed and in good standing with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario

• Strong foundation in evidence-based and patient-centered care
• Commitment to ongoing education and clinical excellence
• Experience or familiarity with platforms such as The Confident Clinician is considered an asset

Additional Assets (Not Required):

• Prescribing authority
• IV therapy certification
