Position Overview:
The person in this role will be motivated to learn from the skilled and experienced, registered naturopath doctor whom they will be working with in the clinic. The primary role will be administering IV therapy and overseeing the IV lounge. They will have a curious and insightful eye, and a caring, thoughtful approach to providing treatment. This role may also be responsible for conducting aesthetic consultations, determining need for aesthetic treatments, and working collaboratively with patients to design treatment plans suited to their unique needs and concerns. This individual will be required to follow treatment guidelines and protocols established by the clinic owners, and align their behaviours and actions with the values of the brand.

Requirements:

• Graduate of naturopathic medicine
• New graduates must posses Prescribing Authority
• Relevant industry experience
• Required NALS first aid training certification
• Additional Aesthetic certifications an asset

Essential Duties:

• Administers treatments in accordance with Quartz Mind, Body, and Skin Clinic policies and procedures while staying within Scope of Practice
• Receives direction and guidance from the clinic medical director and naturopathic physician
• Establish and maintain rapport with clients in order to ensure overall customer service satisfaction of clients
• Be able to understand and manage client expectations
• Deliver beyond a service to create an impressionable experience for the clients
• Evaluate client’s suitability for all available services/treatments
• Educate clients on all treatment processes including pre and post-treatment care guidelines
• Annotate and post appropriate information and maintain accurate client treatment records/data in the client’s medical chart
• Pursue opportunities to educate clients on additional services
• Ensure proper and safe use of all equipment.
• Perform maintenance checks on lasers to ensure systems are operating appropriately
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of treatment rooms between each client
• Sustain proficiency through continuous education and trainings
• Support and assist all roles and duties within the clinic as needed

Pay: From $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40.0 per week
