About Us
Olive Branch Wellness is a counselling-led clinic in Vernon’s sought-after East Hill neighbourhood. Our space sits in an unbeatable, high-visibility location with many eyes on the practice—feet, wheels, and word-of-mouth traffic—making it an ideal spot for a practitioner who wants to grow a thriving, long-term practice.
Created by a Registered Clinical Counsellor and educator, Olive Branch was born from a desire to offer mental health and wellness in a way that’s human, sustainable, and deeply relational. We work with men, teens, and families navigating stress, anxiety, burnout, and life transitions, and we’re now expanding into a small, integrative team that honours the whole person: mind, body, and nervous system.
We currently have 4 beautiful treatment rooms (with the option to expand to 7), and we’re seeking a Naturopathic Doctor who is excited about collaborative care—and ideally, someone who wants to offer IV therapy as part of their practice.
The Opportunity
We’re looking for an ND who is passionate about:
  • Mental health and mood (anxiety, depression, burnout, stress)
  • Hormones, nervous system regulation, and energy
  • Gut–brain connection, sleep, and long-term wellness
  • Working alongside counsellors and other allied practitioners
  • Providing IV therapy in a supportive, well-branded clinic setting
This role is ideal if you:
  • Want a visible, East Hill location that naturally attracts new clients
  • Prefer a clinic that offers marketing and genuine business support, not just a room and a key
  • Are looking for part-time to start, with room to grow into a full, sustainable practice
  • Value a clinic culture that honours boundaries, rest, and real collaboration
We’re open to a mix of in-person and virtual care, with flexible days and hours.

Who You Are
  • Licensed naturopathic doctor in good standing with the CNPBC
  • Interested in mental health, hormones, gut health, and integrative approaches
  • Ideally interested in IV therapy as part of your service offerings
  • Comfortable working independently but enjoy case consults and cross-referrals
  • Kind, grounded, and professional, with healthy boundaries and a sense of humour
Details & How to Apply

  • Schedule: 1–3 days/week to start, with the option to grow
  • Compensation: To be discussed with the right candidate (options include % split or room rental depending on your goals and stage of practice)
