Position Title: Naturopathic Doctor (ND)
Location: In Office and virtual as required
Hours: Starting 15-20 hours per week, progressing to full-time

About Us:
We are a dynamic, busy, patient-centered clinic, located in London, Ontario. We are committed to providing holistic care through the healing power of naturopathy. We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated naturopathic doctor (ND) to join our team and help guide patients on their wellness journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide naturopathic consultations to patients, offering personalized treatment plans based on their health needs.
• Run functional medicine diagnostics to help guide patients on their wellness journey.
• Work collaboratively with the clinic team to deliver superior patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and follow up with them as needed.
• Promote the clinic’s services and build relationships with patients to foster trust and long-term care.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and trends in naturopathic medicine.

Requirements:

• Minimum of one year of experience in the naturopathic medicine field.
• Registered with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario (CONO), OAND, and CAND.
• Prescribing license (an asset, but not required).
• Ability to work both in-clinic and remotely as needed.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to educate and engage patients effectively.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently, while also being a team player.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and reliability in completing tasks.
• Receptive to feedback and a willingness to improve clinical practices.
• Customer service-oriented with a patient-centered approach to care.
• Confident in decision-making and promoting your expertise in naturopathy.
• A passion for helping others by guiding them with the principles and practice of naturopathic medicine and functional medicine.

Dr. Kelly has 20 years of experience in the field of Naturopathic Medicine.  In 2016, she began her journey to become a certified Functional Medicine Practitioner through the IFM, to help advance the support she was able to offer to patients. Her practice focuses on: helping patients balance their hormones, manage stress, address thyroid hormone concerns, support digestive health, and autoimmune conditions.

Dr. Kelly is seeking another ND to join her thriving practice to help manage the growing patient demand. She is excited to work alongside an associate ND and offer mentorship and guidance on the strategies and treatments she has found most effective for patients overall health. She is dedicated to creating a supportive care team that collaboratively works together to provide patients with the most supportive and compassionate care.
