About Us
Tandem Clinic is a multidisciplinary, integrative medical clinic in Vancouver, bringing together naturopathic doctors, medical doctors, acupuncturists, and allied health professionals within a collaborative, clinically rigorous environment.
Our work focuses on complex and chronic conditions, with an emphasis on thoughtful, evidence-informed care and a systems-based approach to patient health.
Skin health and aesthetic medicine are a fully integrated part of our clinical model. We approach skin through both internal and procedural lenses, combining advanced technologies such as RF microneedling and IPL with root-cause-focused care.
Our aesthetic program is established, growing, and supported by a strong internal referral network. We are seeking a practitioner who is ready to step into this environment and contribute at a high level.
The Opportunity
This is not an entry-level aesthetic role.
We are looking for a practitioner who is motivated to build and sustain a high-quality, patient-centered skin practice within a collaborative medical setting. This includes contributing to patient outcomes, clinic growth, and the overall standard of care within the aesthetic arm of Tandem.
The ideal candidate is:
- Clinically confident and thoughtful
- Comfortable working at the intersection of medical and aesthetic care
- Motivated to grow and maintain a consistently busy practice
- Aligned with a long-term, relationship-based model of care
What We Offer

- A strong internal referral network from an established multidisciplinary team
- An existing patient base seeking skin-focused care
- Full administrative and front-desk support
- Online booking and integrated EMR systems
- Flexible scheduling (full-time or part-time)
- The opportunity to step into a well-positioned and actively growing clinical focus
- A collaborative, professional, and high-standard clinic culture
Your Role
You will provide integrative skin care within a clinical framework, supporting patients with:
- Skin aging and rejuvenation
- Acne and inflammatory skin conditions
- Pigmentation and texture concerns
- Hair and scalp health
- Skin optimization as part of overall health
This role requires the ability to integrate procedural treatments with internal medicine, creating plans that are both medically grounded and outcome-focused.
You will be expected to take ownership of your schedule, patient experience, and clinical results, and to contribute to the continued development of this area of the clinic.
Responsibilities Include
- Conducting thorough, clinically grounded patient assessments
- Delivering or supporting non-invasive aesthetic treatments (RF microneedling, IPL)
- Developing clear, results-oriented treatment plans
- Collaborating with MDs, NDs, and allied practitioners
- Maintaining high-quality, compliant clinical documentation
- Educating patients with clarity and professionalism
- Contributing to a consistent and elevated patient experience
Requirements
- Licensed and in good standing with the College of Naturopathic Physicians of British Columbia (CNPBC)
- Active malpractice insurance
- Demonstrated interest or experience in skin health, aesthetics, or regenerative medicine
- Experience with InMode technologies is an asset
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- A high level of professionalism, accountability, and follow-through
Strong Candidates Will Also Demonstrate
- The ability to build and maintain a consistent patient volume
- Confidence discussing treatment plans and guiding patient decisions
- Interest in developing a focused area of expertise within skin health
- Comfort working in a performance-oriented, team-based environment
