Our team includes psychiatrists, therapists, naturopathic doctors, and psychiatric nurse practitioners, working closely to transform lives. We are also proud to be at the forefront of psychedelic medicine, blending these innovations with lifestyle medicine and integrative care.

We are seeking a curious and flexible naturopathic doctor who values collaboration, critical thinking, and a deep understanding of how interconnected systems impact health.

Responsibilities

• Provide naturopathic care with a focus on mental health conditions (approximately 70% of the patient population).
• Work up and treat neuro-psych-immune disorders, gut health, hormonal imbalances, and general care needs (30% of patient population).
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and other team members during up to 3 hours per week of structured team mentoring and case discussions.
• Incorporate a holistic framework for patients using psychedelic medicine, integrating lifestyle medicine, nutrition, and systems-based approaches.
• Perform IV placements and manage IV therapy protocols (preferred but not required).
• Stay engaged in ongoing learning and professional development, including weekly mentoring, onboarding calls, and educational resources.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients using evidence-based integrative methods.

Qualifications

• Licensed naturopathic doctor with a strong background in treating mental health conditions.
• Critical thinker with a systems-based approach to understanding interconnected health issues.
• Interest and/or experience in treating gut health, hormonal health, and neuro-psych-immune disorders.
• Passion for innovative treatments, including psychedelic medicine, and a commitment to working within a holistic framework.
• Experience or interest in IV therapy, including IV placement (preferred but not required).
• Collaborative mindset and a willingness to learn and adapt to Wholeness Center’s methodology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
