Naturopathic doctor
We’re growing, and we’re looking for a Naturopathic Doctor who genuinely cares about people, enjoys working as part of a team, and wants to build something long term in a supportive clinic environment.
At Mountain Ridge Wellness, we’ve created a space that feels welcoming, collaborative, and patient focused. Our team works closely together across disciplines, and we truly value communication, referrals, and helping each other succeed.
What you’ll be stepping into:
- A multidisciplinary clinic with chiropractors, RMTs, acupuncturists, and counsellors
- Strong internal referral network and an existing patient base
- Two treatment rooms and a well designed clinic space
- Access to services like red light therapy and infrared sauna
- Full front end support including reception, billing, and scheduling
- Jane App for easy charting and online booking
The role:
- Flexible schedule with the ability to grow at your own pace
- Percentage split with a cap structure
- Opportunity to build your ideal practice within a supportive team
We’re open to a variety of clinical focuses, whether you enjoy working with hormones, digestion, stress, fatigue, or a mix of everything. If you like collaborating on patient care plans and being part of a team that communicates, you’ll fit in well here.
Bonus but not required:
Experience with injections or IV therapy is an asset, but not necessary. We’re happy to support the right fit as they grow.
