I'm looking for an independent ND in Ottawa who wants and needs clinic space to work out of with no oversight as I intend to leave the office space as of mid-September 2024 and no significant plans to return. The lease ends April 1, 2025 and always options to renew the lease.

The clinic has two consult rooms with a waiting room and front desk area, kitchen, board room, plenty of free parking, located central Ottawa.

I've been established here as a ND focusing on chronic pain, and functional neurology for the past 10 years and would like a serious ND to continue using this office space for long term. This space has truly been a privilege to use all these years for patient care and independent study in the world of functional neurology.
