With over 20 year of practice, my biggest mistake was staying in the city for too long. Once you move out of the city, there are less medical doctors, less functional medical doctor practices, ( which bill the big $$$ in Vancouver ), and less competition.

If you are interested to move to the sunny Okanagan so you can COLLABORATE with other doctors to assure the needs of the people are being met. Start with a busy practice and turn it into a thriving one. You will need to market, connect with the community, get yourself out there, take all the CE courses, find your niche, but I will help you.

If you have your pharmaceutical prescribing course, and IV course, as well as a graduate in good standing - reach out. If you have aesthetics, that's a bonus.
