I am looking for an ambitious, high-performing new graduate who wants to bypass the "zero-to-one" phase of business and step into a proven clinical engine. I am ready to spend the next 12–24 months teaching you everything I’ve learned in 16 years of practice—clinical, operational, and entrepreneurial—to prepare you for a structured equity buy-in and eventual ownership of Spokes Clinic (https://spokesclinic.com).

You will receive direct, hands-on mentorship in the high-demand, high-result protocols that have defined this clinic’s success for over a decade:

• Advanced Injection Therapies: Prolotherapy, PRP, and Neural Therapy.
• The "Business" of IV Therapy: Master the infrastructure, safety, and pharmacology of a high-volume IV suite.
• Medical Aesthetics: Integrating Botox and natural rejuvenation into a holistic model.
• The Business Engine: I will open the books and teach you how to manage staff, optimize overhead, and drive patient retention so you can lead with confidence.
