Healing Arts Health and Wellness Centre is an alternative and complementary health-care clinic located within the rapidly growing Aldershot community of Burlington. Our mission is to deliver complementary health-care services to the people of Burlington and surrounding regions with compassion, integrity and service excellence within a warm, friendly, and supportive work environment.
We are conveniently located on a major thoroughfare within easy travelling distance (10 – 15 min) from Hamilton, Waterdown, Flamborough, Ancaster and surrounding regions in a modern and brand new mid-rise commercial/residential complex accommodating 88 residential units above ground level. Street level exposure at our site is excellent. Affluent residential neighbourhoods are within short walking distance of the clinic. There is excellent potential for client recruitment from among the residential occupants as well as through potential referrals from co-tenants of the clinic and adjacent businesses (dentist, flotation/relaxation service, hairdresser, and optometrist). Surrounding population density is expected to greatly increase in accordance with the City of Burlington’s mandate for urban intensification that specifically includes the Aldershot area.
We currently have a treatment room available for lease to a qualified naturopathic physician.
Our private room would be perfectly suited for an entrepreneurially minded new practitioner seeking to establish a practice or a clinician with existing clients who might be seeking to advantageously relocate. The clinic offers free onsite and/or nearby street parking for both patients and practitioners, lab-grade air filtration and is fully handicap accessible.
Our contract consist of a reasonable lease agreement (minimum one year) offering ample access to the clinic.
To assist us with maintaining our competitive rates, all clinicians at our clinic are expected to manage their own patient scheduling and billing as we do not offer reception staff. Rent, which is charged monthly and at a fixed rate, is inclusive of the use of common spaces (practitioners’ file/utility room, kitchenette, patient waiting area) and includes internet service, utilities, housekeeping of common areas, and referral from the clinic’s website and professionally managed call forwarding service, among other amenities.
(Sorry, we do not offer part-time leasing arrangements.)
